Same-day shipping on weekday orders placed by 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday ship Monday (holidays excluded). Allow 1 additional handling day for all orders.

Tracking is provided after dispatch. USPS delivery dates are not guaranteed, and packages may go unscanned for a few days while still in transit.

Orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, but tracking and support are always provided.

Lost/Stolen Packages
We cover your purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Once the carrier marks it as “Delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services. We recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail at checkout for up to $100 in insurance coverage.
